Adrienne has been involved with Fast and Female as a REAL (Relatable, Empowered, Active Leader) Role Model since 2018. She is based in Squamish, BC, where she graduated from Quest University Canada in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts & Sciences focusing on health science and exercise physiology. As an endurance athlete, she understands the challenges faced by students in continuing an active lifestyle. Adrienne’s athletic focus is in distance running, and she also enjoys cycling, hiking and skiing. In her community, she is a coach for the Sea to Sky Athletics club, and enjoys working with youth to promote a positive relationship with physical activity.
